1          Get In Touch

This allows me to get to know you, your travel preferences and what you currently have in mind (this may change once we start working together). Once I have received the inquiry form, we can set up a complimentary discovery call, if you wish, to discuss more details and answer any questions you may have before we begin.

If it is a fit, I will send over the initial paperwork and invoice for my Professional Planning and Service Package and then we are ready to get down to business! 

2         The Proposal

This is where I save you from the endless and overwhelming choices. No more worrying if you made the right decision! 

 

I will begin designing a proposal that I feel best fits what you're looking for! Once complete, I will present the proposal to you for your review. This is YOUR trip and I look forward to your feedback so that I can refine until we've got it right! No need to be shy; I want this trip to be PERFECT! 

 

After I confirm your trip, you'll hear from me along the way with tips and recommendations.

3         On Your Way!

I will send you on your way with confidence, making sure you have all the necessary information and documents. If you do run into any speed bumps during travel, I will be right here to help you navigate them!

While each type of destination could potentially involve extensive planning and attention, the pricing listed below is based on our experience and knowing how many hours we pour into each type of destination, on average.

Standard Booking

  • Proposal with up to 3 resort/ship options

  • Service the reservation(s)

  • Support via phone and email leading up to and during travel

Custom Itinerary
Design

A custom itinerary is for you if you're looking for:

  • A multi-city/destination trip that is tailored specifically to your desires

  • Day-by-day itinerary planning (tours, activities, restaurant recommendations, self-guided exploration tips...all of the finishing touches)

  • Universal Orlando Resort or Disneyland Vacation Package

  • Hawaii Vacation

  • Concierge-level service

  • Discovery call

  • Detailed proposal, customized to your preferences 

  • Two revisions, based on your feedback

Walt Disney World
Vacation Planning

Planning a trip to the most magical place on earth can be a little stressful and overwhelming at times. Walt Disney World is not a one size fits all destination and things are constantly changing there. Being born here in Central Florida, and living here for several years, I can’t even count how many times I’ve been to WDW! Living in Florida now and being an annual passholder, I have the opportunity to visit the Kingdom several times a year. With my experience I can help my clients by doing all the mundane tasks (like waiting on the Disney phone line on hold for two hours!) and take the stress out of the planning, so they can sit back and enjoy their time and have a magical vacation!

 

Starting from $250, includes

  • A trip proposal with resort options recommended for your trip, packaged with tickets & add-on options. 

  • Detailed "Next Steps", once package is booked. 

  • Recommend which day to visit which theme park, complete with instructions on how to book your Park Pass Reservations. 

  • Personalized dining recommendations

  • Book dining reservations

  • Book any Magical Extras, add-on experiences (VIP Tours, Universal Park Tickets, etc.), or necessities (scooter, stroller rentals, etc.) applicable to your vacation.

  • Arrange airport transportation to & from your resort. 

  • Process payments for your trip (payment schedules can be arranged). 

  • Monitor your vacation package & apply any applicable offers, should The Walt Disney Travel Company release such for your trip. 

  • Provide personal tips, as well as an extensive explanation and tip list on the new Genie+ system, packing tips, recommendations and a detailed itinerary prior to departure. 

  • Offer support before, during and after travel.
